Mcdonald's - New Haven

I always make it a point to order dishes that are made fresh, but unfortunately, this time was a disappointment. The bread was hard and the overall quality of the food was poor. I would rate it 1 out of 5.

It should come as no surprise that the ice machine at this restaurant is not functioning. Despite taking orders in the drive-thru for ice cream, they inform customers at the window that they are actually out. This level of incompetence is unacceptable. It's better to drive to Taco Bell, Burger King, KFC, or another restaurant along Highway 80 instead.

Jerry and Kalis are the best employees at this restaurant. They are very friendly and go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Their exceptional service is the reason why I am writing this review and giving them a 5-star rating.

Awful, employee’s are definitely super rude in the morning if you don’t like your job don’t come find a new one! They make your coffee however they want, why bother asking how I would like it if y’all do the opposite.. ofc they don’t care about your items because they aren’t the ones that are going to consume them.
