Yorkside Pizza And - New Haven

I've visited this restaurant twice, and it's always bustling with customers. The decor has a unique historical charm. The staff is friendly and welcoming. We ordered three pizzas, which were delicious but a bit salty. The calamari and chicken wings were also tasty. Just a heads up: the pizzas do take about half an hour to prepare after ordering. I would definitely return to this restaurant on my next visit to New Haven.

Yorkside never disappoints! I stopped by for lunch with my kids and ordered a small chicken tender plate that was large enough to feed two adults – the chicken was delicious. I had the small Greek salad, which was so good that I struggled to finish it. My mom enjoyed a tuna melt with fries, and it was also really fresh and flavorful. We definitely needed takeout boxes for our leftovers, and they are the kind that are worth reheating! Thanks again, Yorkside!

I prefer pasta over pizza, and this restaurant did not let me down. While I was in New Haven for work, I explored until I stumbled upon this spot for dinner. It was fantastic! The portions were very generous, and the food was excellent!

Honestly I just came here for the bathroom but this had to have been the most delicious slice pizza I have ever eaten, and I known pizza. Born and raised in the Bronx I thought my neighborhood held the best pizza in the state, maybe the country, but quickly my opinion had changed as I took a bite. The crust was amazing, thin and crunchy, the sauce smooth, leaving the sausage to practically marinate in it. Anyone visiting CT should most definitely check this place out.

Excellent Easy Coast pizza, salads and Italian desserts. Always stop here when coming to town.
