Domino's Pizza - New Holland

Poor customer service my little brother told me they take dabs in the back of the store and don’t wear gloves when they cook also the managers all have the office room smelling like ?

Most horrible dominos store, worse staff and terrible food to top it all off. All racist, and unclean. Needs to be shut down. All need the pink slip

Horrible staffing, would not refund my order (they were out of chicken and I ordered pizza and a buffalo chicken sandwich and stated they could not issue a refund that same day (this was July 3rd 2023 so not only did I not get my original order, but a refund was not issued either and the guy never gave me a reason other than he just couldn’t do it and I could get a free sandwich instead which I declined. Paid for something I never received and never got my refund.Literally never tipping again if I decide to order from here.

I decided just to post the email I sent to Domino 's instead of rewriting my frustration.Hi, I was trying to contact the district manager. Domino 's New Holland Pennsylvania location. I frequent Domino 's a lot. In fact, I tip your delivery drivers very well. Even when it took 1.5 hours and the sparky attitude from the manager.Tonight I ordered a pizza for my son while I was at the store. I forgot to add the tip so on my way home I stop by to drop it off, A female major team running out from the back saying that she tried to call my phone twice which she did not, I had a Bluetooth in my ear and I was two blocks away from the location so there was no phone issues. She just did not call me. Superkids, tell me that my 15 year old son cussed out. Her driver because he was a few minutes late. I told her he absolutely would not do that. In fact, I have cameras at my home. Which proved that my son did not do that. My 15 year old son has elder Stanley soon. Dream, hes afraid there even say hello to someone let alone cussed them out.Infact, I asked my son what he said before I verified it on the camera. The man said have a nice day. My son said you too. Took and signed for the pizza and closed the door I 'm assuming that he was p because he didn 't get a tip at that moment.Right now I regret even dropping off $7 tip For a $20 order.. For a j who lied about my son to get himself out of whatever it was that he was trying to do with his own boss. AND a manager who came running ?‍ ? ? out the back just to tell me how my son is in the wrong with her condescending tone and look on her face!

Dry, toppings were old not fresh, never ordering anything from them again. Doesn't deserve 1 star.
