Buckingham Valley Vineyards - New Hope

The winery and the building looks beautiful but the staff and customer service was very distasteful. As I entered into the door there was no greetings and the staff gazed across with distain in there eyes as to say who are you and why are you here. So, I left. Please go down the road to Wycombe Winery where you are welcomed and treated with respect.

Did not make me and my family feel welcome at all, no one greeted us and they seemed shocked to even see black people. Unnecessarily awkward experience. My advice: Wycombe is much better, homey and the owners are so sweet!

I love visiting this winery! The staff is always friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, never hurried. Plus, the wine is delicious and reasonably priced. I highly recommend it!

The location offered a stunning scenic view, and the wine was decent. However, the woman who served us seemed irritated that we wanted to sample the wine. We only tried one and didn't feel compelled to try any more. Normally, I purchase wine from wineries, but I didn’t buy any here.

It's still my favorite winery in the area, but I'm not a fan of the changes they've made to the tasting room. Now, they dictate which five wines you can try from either a dry or sweet flight, whereas before you had the option to sample all of them.
