Good coffee and pastry. Nice dine-in area and friendly service make this a place a winner.
It’s getting a 2 star because at least most of the workers are friendly but they make my drink incorrectly every single time I order. This caribou is like a 2 min walk for me so it’s convenient but it’s so frustrating to get the wrong drink every single time, and I wish I was exaggerating.
I want to love this location because it’s in my neighborhood but I’m always disappointed because 1. My order is almost always wrong or incomplete 2. The employees are not trained well. This location needs better management.
I wouldn't be posting this publicly, but they offered a free size upgrade for a review of today's experience, so here goes...Had it not been for previous good experiences at this location, I would have rated them lower. I placed my order today via the app, but when I got there, I was told my item was out of stock and they couldn't offer a refund in the store I would have to call customer service. I did call customer service to get my refund and my balance does appear to be updated as they said it would be, but it was a drain on my time and energy to end up worse off than I started (the 10 cents off for getting today's trivia in the app is gone, so it would cost more to stop at another location now).Given that more and more businesses seem to be pushing for ordering via app (why else would they offer 2 points per dollar for ordering through the app, but only 1 point per dollar for in person ordering), these apps need to accurately reflect store inventory so situations like this don't happen (sadly this is not the first time this has happened either).
