Hardee's - New Hope

Sat in drive thru for 15 minutes. No response. This isn?t the first time. They are awful. Need to hire and train competent employees

Ordered 2 large Big Chicken Filet meals. I asked for them to be cooked fresh. 5 minutes later I was handed my food. Not cooked fresh. The manager got an attitude when I asked for my money back. Said they have changed their chicken and I probably shouldn't order it anymore. The problem was I asked for it to be cooked FRESH, I don't like a cold chicken sandwich.

I visited during breakfast and ordered the French Toast Sticks. I was impressed with how good they were. The Manager took my order and and was very friendly and always smiling. The store was clean and everyone seemed busy and focused. It was a goodvisit.

Just OK. Not much traffic through here, maybe that has something to do with it. EDIT: Have been back several times recently, (latest trip today, for breakfast, 4-28-2021), and each time recently has been outstanding. Great, friendly service, and alwaysfresh, hot, delicious food. My confidence has been restored ????

I absolutely love the new chicken sandwich! It was served hot and ready in just a few minutes. Great value for the price. I will definitely be returning!
