Empire Garden - New Hyde Park

Terrible food and awful service. The prices are incredibly high, but hey, enjoy it—I guess you won’t be fooled twice.

Parking: There is a parking lot available in both the front and back of the restaurant, located in a small shopping center. Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is on ground level, making it accessible for those in wheelchairs.

This is a lovely restaurant! The food is fantastic—definitely a 5 out of 5!

Horrible service, takes about 2 hours for dinner to come out. Not worth it

Ordered food from here to be delivered. The delivery guy was very rude. When i handed him the money he started making sounds of disapproval, like (tsk, eh, ugh), so i asked him if everything was ok, he then proceeded telling me with his attitude that apparently the tip is not enough for him and he wants more, told me his gas aint cheap, when the restaurant is literally 4 minutes away from my house. It was my first time and last time ordering food from here. The service is disgusting. I never had any chinese food restaurant complain about the amount of tip i give. This guy clearly thinks im obligated to pay him at least 10 dollars as a tip. Couldnt enjoy the food after that. Never ordering from here again!
