Panera Bread - New Hyde Park

I don't understand why their app allows you to order for AM or PM if the workers make the order only at 7:00 a.m. and then it's tortured because I didn't show up when I asked to pick it up at 7:00 p.m. And if I'm here, there's nothing left. This has happened to me three times.

Broccoli Cheddar Soup is a one of the most flavored signatures in this place Many restaurants tried to copy it but no way And also the dine-in is more flavorful than the to-go cup And the offer of the coffee subscription is great 8.99 a month for endless hot coffee ice coffee or green te lemonade Rhis offer is so great if you go there frequently And you can order earlier by the phone app and just go for pick up faster and easier and bo wait

I always go to this panera bread and I went in April and i was sitting with my sister studying and I heard the employees saying to the manager thank you for the killing the roaches. I never wrote a review then but I decided to go back recently. While I was waiting for my food and the manager was cursing. She was extremely loud and unprofessional and rude talking to the employees. The tables were also a mess and my food took 20 minutes to be ready.

The rapid-pick up order came almost ten minutes after I received order-ready email. Then, the broccoli cheddar soup (yuck! was like dark mustard pudding( see picture . The tuna sandwich barely had tuna and the bread used for sandwich was white hard dry (stale ? bread. The most disgusting food and the poorest service. Do not go to this New Hyde Park location.

Now this has become my daily routine of walking from home to Panera for my coffee and something taking care of my sweet tooth?s craving by ordering some goodies from bakery as well. The service is ok but i guess that?s a compromise I have to make due to pandemic downturn in staffing and I am kinda use to it after complaining to management few times and no positive outcome.
