Checkers - New Iberia

Very bad service ordered through drive through the girl practically threw the bags of food at my husband horrible service.

Got $5 meal deal. They were out of the chicken and didn't SAY they were out but instead substituted medium fries instead of small. Person at drivethru window claimed she told me. Maybe I didn't hear it and I certainly didn't CONFIRM that it would be okay to substitute a measly bit of fried potatoes for the meat I was supposed to get. I didn't want to hold up the line so I left and phoned them. Got an answering machine that didn't identify who I'd called (but I'm certain it was their published number). Left message. Two days later, haven't heard back. Never, ever going back.Incidentally: burger is tiny.

The woman at the intercom was very rude !! It was no one behind us in the line and our food was still cold and was completely wrong. This id a disgrace! The workers was literally making food for themselves.

Gave me the wrong order, but was corrected with no problem.

All ways nice(Staff's) and the Food is good.
