There is about a 10% chance my food will be wrong, which is pretty low for fast food in this area, so that's actually a good thing. Food is served quickly and they don't take forever to take my drive through orders like the Burger King on North Lewis always did.

Ordered 4 deluxe crispy chicken sandwiches for hungry kids just getting out of soccer practice. Sandwiches were rancid and chicken taste burnt. Manager said “it is probably the grease.” Disgusting! They know what they are serving. I have been a customer of McDonald’s for over 40 years even worked at the one on Main Street as a teenager. I never thought I would witness this type of decline from a beloved fast food chain. DO NOT EAT THERE! THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT TAKING YOUR MONEY. Go to BK, Sonic, Arby’s or Wendy’s. Miller Family….. DO BETTER!
So I’m standing in line for about 10 min with no acknowledgement. We have Dylon or Dillon standing at the counter with his back turned to the line waiting. His co worker says to him hey there are customers. Loudly and with pride , he says “I’m off”. The staff was rude , and had no customer service , especially the young lady with the purple hair who eventually helped us. She was very condescending and aggressive. Never coming to this McDonald’s again. The franchise owners need to re evaluate company protocol as far as customer service.
