Pizza Hut - New Iberia

I placed an order online was told 35-45 min wait almost 2 hours later no food or notification of the load itself is not calling and I have to go through business to try a refund of most ratchet and pathetic experience I had ever had with pizza hut

I wish I could rate negative 1,000,000. This store is literally the worst. The employees are especially rude. This place should be shut down. I 've had the worst experience when I went to pick up my order and THE ABSOLUTE WORST experience with ordering it online for delivery. They intentionally place the tracker as making the order for over an hour then hung up on me four times when I tried calling about only picking up to say We closed. Unprofessional is an understatement when in reference to this restaurant and it 's employees.

The pizza wasn’t good order a meat lovers with peppers and had very little to no meat and the peppers just look they were thrown on the pizza to hide the no meat. This is my final straw with Pizza Hut. Not the first time it has happen but will be the last.

I ordered pizza online and it was never delivered. Tried calling the store, was hold over half an hour. tried calling again. still no answer. very disappointed!!!!

Very short staffed. Tried to call no one to answer the phone. Needed to cancel duplicate order. Had to go inside to cancel order.
