Smoothie King - New Iberia

The smoothie wasn't appetizing and every time I drank it brown stuff got caught in my teeth. There wasnt a proper consistency to it at all. The girl at the window was more confused then anything. Would not go back to this one because compared to Lafayette they are below mediocre.

They are extremely slow. The one in Lafayette has 10 times more traffic and they still get you in and out faster. The last two times I went my smoothie was nothing but ice get these guys some training on accuracy and time management. I’m in line now three cars in front of me and already been waiting 15 minutes ridiculous.

Waited 5 minutes at the window for them to tell me to pull around in the parking lot. Waited 5 more minutes, went inside and they didnt even start on my drinks. I was the only one there at the time

The staff is RUDE! I pull up to place order through drive through and the girls aren't listening to me, but instead talking to each other. I had to repeat 3 times, and finally said no thanks and left. 9:30AM 10/3/20.

Jo wanna was VERYYYY RUDE we waited in line for 20 min at the speaker just to order n another 15—20 for her to give us our order! i suggest tropical smoothie
