Starbucks - New Iberia

This particular starbucks makes very good coffee even their coffee of the day!

I never ever write reviews, but the people that work at this Starbucks are the sweetest! They are always so kind

They can’t get the gr chai tea L right. I guess they don’t follow “ the standards”.

The girl that served me was the best service I had ever gotten carol gondron was her name ,on her tag .

I used to love coming here (and I would, very frequently but lately I’ve been constantly getting my order wrong. This was my second mobile order to date, and yet again, my order is wrong. It was scheduled for pickup at 7:38 (which was the time I arrived yet the sticker was made for 7:25? I’m assuming it was made at that time because my Frappuccino is literally chocolate mocha water upon pickup. In addition to that (as you can clearly see , I requested no whip cream. I’m not a confrontational person, and this is my first ever review for anything. But I’m just really frustrated with the service. Though, I always found the employees very kind. So I applaud them for doing THAT right :
