As long as Subway keeps offering coupons, I'll continue going there for sandwiches. The customer service is great, and they know how to make a good hoagie. I especially love the deals—like the two for $15 or three for $17. You really can't beat that!
During my visits, the atmosphere has often been quiet, but I've noticed a lack of smiles and greetings from the staff, with some even expressing complaints about tips or the pace of work. Perhaps if they showed a little more courtesy, they would receive better tips. Ignoring customers or giving them dirty looks because they are busy is not the way to go. On a positive note, I had a pleasant experience with Michelle. I faced an issue with an app order that was never canceled, and I was wrongly accused of something. I reached out to the store, but had to wait for a manager from the main office to return my call—and they never did. A month later, I called support, which directed me to PayPal for resolution. They denied my claim because Subway argued that my complaint was about the order being incorrect, rather than it being canceled without a refund. I had difficulty communicating my concerns with the store due to this problem. Fortunately, Michelle was very understanding throughout this entire situation. We love Subway and were determined to continue ordering from there, so she allowed us to place an order for the amount we expected to be refunded. If we had truly needed the money, I might have been more upset with the company due to the numerous issues we faced. However, Michelle was incredibly helpful and resolved the problem perfectly for us. Thank you, Michelle—we truly appreciate your assistance!
