Crystal Falls - New London

I encountered some of the rudest staff I've ever experienced at this location. From the kitchen to the bar, they really missed the mark. Aside from the service issues, the air conditioning struggled to keep up with the crowd, and this was not even a particularly large wedding. The decor was also disappointing; it felt like they took a few items from an office, hung up a chandelier, and thought that was sufficient. There are definitely much better venues in the valley.

Everything we tried at this restaurant was fantastic. The service was outstanding. At one point, the owner personally brought our food and included a thoughtful note because she remembered that my wife had a rough day. It was definitely worth every penny.

We went to Mother's Day with the family and the food was a lot of variety for everyone. Service was great and everything was well served for a decent price. We're coming back!

Our family went for Easter Brunch and by the time we went up to get our food, everything was dried out and picked over. They hardly brought fresh food out. The chicken was really good if you were fortunate to get a piece before it was gone.

The all-you-can-eat broasted chicken here is fantastic, and the service is very friendly. This is definitely one of the best places for dinner in New London!
