Jalisco - NEW MARKET

We were just stopping by to grab a quick bite. The food took almost 40 minutes in preparation. It was just a burrito and enchiladas. They took forever to bring the food. Even the mango margarita is also really bad. I would definitely skip the place.

What happened to Jalisco? The food is not the same. The service was subpar. The servers all sat by the bar and we had to catch them as they walked by to get any kind of refill. The beans were wrong. The ceviche was more corn and looked like chowder minus the fish. The scallops were smaller than a dime. The food used to be good. The serving sizes were excellent and we always had a little to take home and have for lunch the next day. The servers used to be excellent and helpful. This was not a great experience today. So disappointed. Will not be back again.

We flew in from Charlotte for the weekend to visit friends and stopped by for a quick dinner. Our waitress was extremely friendly and got our orders in quick. The “monster” margaritas were delicious and truly monstrous! I can honestly say that they served me the best Arroz con Pollo I’ve ever had in my life. Anytime we are back in this area we will go out of our way to eat at Jalisco!

The server was very nice, and the food was pretty good. But my daughter in law ordered a chicken dish and got beef in hers, and my order didn't come out until enceinte was almost done eating. So I just took mine home to eat. They did take some money off my daughter in laws bill, which was nice.

Delicious Mexican food. We ordered take-out, so can't speak much on service but food was ready and hot about a half hour after ordering.
