It's been going downhill for a while. Every salad has more lettuce hearts than lettuce. Steak and cheeses are pretty good. Prices are insane (I know inflation is crazy) but over $11 for 6 mozzarella sticks that are smaller now, too. My main issue is that they don't do half toppings for pizza. Ordered a 2 topping pizza and asked for half pepperoni and sausage and only extra cheese on the other half. So basically 1.5 toppings, and they wouldn't do it. Got pizza home with meat on entire pizza, and there were like 3 inches of crust and sauce, hardly any cheese. Threw it away as I was thinking it was purposeful since I was upset about not doing 1/2 toppings. Will never order from them again.
Ordered a steak and cheese sub. Paid almost $15 bucks for the large. The sub was much much smaller than other places. This place is more expensive than other pizza places and the food is just ok. Not bad.... but too expensive.
This is once again a miss, i asked for a calzone with ground beef no sausage when i got home what appeared to be a pound of processed ham cut in squares in a blob in the middle? since Keymar isn't around the corner no point in calling or driving back,alsoCream of crab was missing the Maryland part lump crabmeat and color and flavor,it almost seems like someone's sabotaging them, because when the owner makes something it's incredible like the antipasta salad.
I will start by saying that this was our first experience with this place.The food was great all around, but we had huge issues with delivery.We ordered through the slice app at 7pm on a Friday. Arguably the busiest day and time to order.Before placing the order, the app said it would be about an hour. After it was placed, it estimated about the same. Soon after, it updated to 830. Not ideal, but delays happen and it is Friday night afterall.At 815, the app updated saying it was out for delivery and the eta was still around 830.Around 845, I contacted the slice app asking what was going on. I was told the driver just left and the food would be there soon.After contacting again after 9, I was told the same thing. I tried to cancel, but was not allowed. We were granted 5 dollars of the order, but we were past that at that point.Food finally came around 925. Almost 2 and a half hours after ordering and an hour after the expected delivery.The food was hot, so I 'm guessing it didn 't leave the store until closer to 9pm meaning they were lying in the app about their wait times and such.I believe in second chances (especially since the food was good), but that was alot.Photo shows when the ring app picked up the guy arriving.
