I ordered a bacon double and a medium frit. The boy who takes the order could have told me that they don't sell middle frits. Oh, good. My truck has an apartment on the street, so I'm going back to eat the fries that were a reg. They still don't know they don't have a medium. I'm coming in my truck and I recognize it as a single bacon. I'll call and they'll tell me they can fix the order or give me a refund, but I have to bring the food back to fix it. I'm telling the person on the phone that it is? I'm waiting for the repair type to show up. I'll get it back and change it. The boy at the counter (e.g. colored hood hairs, which are raised in a bun) snaps the bag I hand it out. He says what's wrong and I'm telling him I called the double. He takes it back and they put a new patty on the old Burger and try to pull it out like that? I'll go in and ask if they put a new patty on the old burger and cried the kid back? Manager? Who cooks and says we've complained about their food? The person on the back says? It'll be 10-15 minutes if he wants a new burger.? The boy keeps the information and says: If you want it fresh and you can wait, then we can make you a new one.? It was 10 minutes and I write this review while listening to the hoodie dog, talk super with any customer who goes to the counter. I'd be embarrassed if I had this place.
Not disturbing to stop the food here, were evil burgers old and overcooked. The frits were cold... avoid this place at all costs. Not the A
Food was decent, fast food and smaller sizes than the signage but it 's probably shrinkflation where things cost more but you get less. I often stop for gas here when traveling through because it 's much cheaper than McCall just a few minutes away. Root beer float was amazing.
Customer service was great, food was okay, price was insane for a fast food place. One combo and a burger over $22.00 I mean the burgers are super thin, small fries, I feel like they are taking advantage of their location being not a lot of options.
