Hardee's - New Middletown

Its always a gamble because we usually only get about half the order. This happened today. 2 items missing. GRAVY IS PASTE. N flavor, just flour and water paste. It is usually good, today it's nasty. I got DD credits for the missing items.

They forgot our 2 large tator tots this time and last time they forgot something too I don't like complaining cuz I know how it is to work in fast food but 2 times in a row something needs to be said as a heads up food was still great but jus would have liked to get my whole order I paid for

Hand-Breaded Chicken Sandwich was over cooked even though I did ask for extra mayo on my Super Star, they put so much that it was inedible. Only asked for extra because most times it barely has any on it. Only have these issues with this particular store, all other Hardee's have been good.

Very disappointed. Fries were cold and hard as rocks. My Frisco Burger Combo the burger was like dunked in mayo so the whole sandwich was soggy and disgusting. Wish ididnt wated this money tonight on this food. Could have gotten better food from the side of the road
