Contribuisci feedbackFantastic restaurant! The staff was incredibly friendly and extremely patient as I had a lot of coupons, haha. The prices were reasonable, and the food was amazing—well-prepared and served in a timely manner. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely return!
I placed an order for a cake over the phone for Saturday, December 9th. The following day, I called to change the order to December 7th, and the woman on the phone repeated my request back to me, confirming the new date. However, when I arrived today, December 7th, the cake hadn't been made and was instead marked for pickup on Sunday, December 10th. The staff was unhelpful and insisted there was nothing they could do since the order was recorded incorrectly. Consequently, I ended up having to pay full price for a cake I didn't want, which was taken from the fridge. Unfortunately, the birthday girl couldn't eat it because the one I originally ordered was gluten-free, while the one I received was not.
I used to love this Dairy Queen, but after my experience yesterday, I might never return. Having to repeat my order four or five times was very frustrating. The small ice cream has shrunk to barely any ice cream above the cone. I also waited over 15 minutes inside with just three people in line.
Went today to get a banana split blizzard, which I buy every time I’m at any DQ. Was told they don’t make them, showed the cashier the website showing the items is in fact on their menu. Was told again they can’t make it because it costs about $14 she said and it wasn’t fair to the customer. Asked to speak to a manager was told no one was there. Was super strange to say the least. I wouldn’t have cared the cost I just wanted what I usually get and found It bizarre that every DQ has no issue making this menu item except this one DQ. Will be calling to speak to someone for sure.
Absolutely horrible service!!! Stood at the counter for 10 plus minutes with no one else in the dining area, watched multiple employees look at me turn away and not take my order. Then once my order was taken I seen them throw my fries in the microwave to warm them up, not impressed over that. Customer service at this location is the worst I've ever experienced!!
