Came there before 12 pm and didn’t realize that they only open at 12. Only one staff was there and she seemed busy and not welcoming. The tea was good though.

They are super nice and the drinks are really good!

Parking: Limited parking in plaza but there's an underground parking lot that has an entrance in the middle of the plazaAmbience: Fairly empty when we went in. Very rude and inattentive. The employee walked up and did not greet us. He simply stared at us until we asked him a question about the menu. He also refused to make any adjustments to our drinks when we asked to remove things from the drink. Overall did not feel like he wanted us there.This was my first time trying this type of drink and I won't be returning after this experience. The drink was average. Nothing absolutely terrible or great.

I came at 9:30pm on Saturday because Yelp says they close at 10pm, but when I arrived the guy in the back said they close 30 minutes early. If that was the case, this store needs to update their times so other people don't mistake of coming here! Their business hours on the door even says they close at 10:00 on Saturday. This is False Advertisement!
