Adam's Barbecue - New Orleans

I randomly rode past The Joint on a leisurely bike ride by the river shortly after moving to the Big Easy.

I personally prefer my bbq sauce much thicker than at The JointI felt the brisket was dry, but decent.

Very unique place off the beaten path! Really enjoyed the character! Tender brisket & ribs! Was a little disappointed it didn't have that "smoke/char
