Dixie Chicken Ribs - New Orleans

I ordered a chicken rib bomb that messed up the order and accused me for 2 combos that total over $35. The food wasn't good. Popeyes had better chicken. Never come back.

I was looking for fried chicken and let me tell you that tasting like Willie Mays Scotch House is a big compliment. And the waitress beat the ribs and the chicken comb and let me tell you that I was not disappointed at all. I was so glad to find this restaurant. I live in Madisonville and I'm back!

I had an unexpected experience at Dixie Chicken and Ribs on August 25, 2022. I was seated where I could see the waitress bringing food out from the kitchen. I'm quite upset about what I witnessed, especially since I've been a loyal customer for years. However, after last night, I've decided I won't be returning; it seems they don’t treat all their customers equally.

Good food and experience on a whim for some home cookin ' while visiting. Took a little longer than it should 've for takeout but the taste was good enough to overcome the longer wait

I ordered the Chicken and Ribs w/ cabbage and corn on the cob. The ribs and cabbage was delicious. The chicken is cooked to order so it comes out hot; could use a bit more seasoning but good. Fast and friendly service. I would definitely recommend this place.
