Longest wait ever just for the food to be horrible! Wet loose Kraft mac n cheese very unseasoned vegetables. I’m so disappointed now I see why they never open.

This was by far the MOST OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever experienced. My brother and I went to Pralees for burgers and fries. While we waited for our food it started to storm really really bad outside. This was no ordinary scattered shower it was pouring. I was offered a bag for my head and I declined it, however the owner was very kind to go out in the storming weather and grab an umbrella from the car so that I can get to the car without getting wet. Keep in mind he didn’t have to do anything but give me us our food. Also he said thank you us at least 3 times for coming over to support. The food was 100/100 and I would definitely be going back and recommending to everyone I know.

I’m not sure what happened to my other review but I don’t mind writing another ? the customer service is top notch, the food is cooked with love and so satisfying, and the owners are respectful people! I patronize it mostly because of the customer service and the consistent quality of food. If you click my name, you should see all of the food that I’ve ordered. It’s definitely worth it..at least a once a week type of drop in

Can’t comment on the food. No one was present to take my order for 10 minutes. I left. I don’t have time to waste as a business owner myself. I also couldn’t imagine not acknowledging or being aware of customers for that long inside my own building. I genuinely wanted to try this but I’ll take my money and time somewhere with a more attentive staff.

The salmon and shrimp salad. The Best. I told them light season and guess wat, they listened ??I enjoyed every bit of my salad. Keep them onions tho. But easily removed. It's was perfect...
