Contribuisci feedbackThis was my first time dining at this restaurant. Even though I made reservations, I still had to wait nearly an hour to be seated. Once I was finally seated, the service was very slow. It seemed like they were understaffed, and the food was not worth the price. I have been to many steak houses, and this was probably the worst experience I've had at one. The steak was overcooked, and I believe there are other steak houses that offer better food at half the price.
The service provided by my waiter, Donnie, was excellent! He was very accommodating. However, the chef cooking my steak seemed to have exaggerated on his resume. I requested my ribeye to be cooked medium, but it arrived well done... not once, but twice! I am grateful for the manager comping my entire meal and providing a gift card to make up for the inconvenience, but I am hesitant to return to this restaurant.
The waitstaff at Ruth's, specifically Joe B., Joe J., and Alex, were exceptional and attentive. The steak, lobster, and bisque were all delicious, and the Chocolate Sin cake lived up to its name. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience and will definitely be back.
As the norm, good quality excellent service exceptional.
