Three Arrows Coffee - New Oxford

We had high expectations for this restaurant, but ultimately we left feeling let down. The atmosphere was lovely—charming, cozy, and inviting. However, the service fell short. Although the staff was friendly when taking our order, our breakfast sandwiches arrived before our coffees; we had finished the sandwiches by the time the coffee finally made its appearance. We were also disappointed to receive our drinks in to-go cups instead of the ceramic mugs we had been looking forward to. I enjoyed my tiramisu latte, but my husband found his caramel latte lacking. The sandwiches were average and something we could easily make at home. During our visit, we noticed several other customers also experiencing delays with their coffee orders. We decided to get donuts to go after seeing many others enjoy them, but they ended up being cold and seemed as though they had been previously frozen. Overall, the place looked nice and was clean, but it didn’t provide the experience we had hoped for.

We are huge fans of the Friday hours! We really value the freshness of the food and the meticulous attention to detail. It's evident that the owners genuinely care about the quality of the meals they offer. This place has quickly become our favorite spot for Friday nights! Food: 5/5

One of my favorite places to start my morning. The atmosphere is wonderful, the staff is consistently friendly, and both the food and coffee are delicious! Food rating: 5/5.

Saw this last week and had to stop by today. Fantastic service; the ladies up front were so friendly. Enjoyed the interaction while I tried to decide what to get. Other places you feel rushed to order but they explained their menu and helped me decide what to get. As for the coffee; incredible. I am usually a light roast kind of person but I could taste their coffee is on the darker side but they just dressed it so well that it was delicious. Will certainly be back, more than likely the only coffee shop I’ll go to from now on. Thank you all!

Visited today and had a great breakfast sandwich and coffee. Was impressed by the cleanliness, the staff was so kind, and the atmosphere was great. So nice to have a place like this close by and have an option other than chains and franchises.Food: 5/5
