P Gs - New Paltz

Young people said eating was good. waitress was pleasant. the prices were good. was not happy that we ants on the table killing while we ate. a little rough. parking was a mess.

As always the best home tastes eating around the city. They have good specialties.

We came across this New Paltz institution on the main street looking for sandwich take out to bring to our walk in Minnewaska state park. Lots of options on the sandwich section alone. The portion is filling and made even more with a side included. Although the onion rings were kinda over fried, overall it doesnt disappoint.

Food was good, although the fish in the fish chips were more like fish sticks. Guess I just expect a nice crunchy slab of cod, not little fingers of fish. Everyone else enjoyed their meal so that saves the score. Just won't have the fish next time...

The service at this restaurant was outstanding and the food was excellent. I will definitely return with my family. Our waitress was exceptional, we haven't experienced such great and prompt service (or food) in a long time. Due to our busy schedules and owning our own business, we eat out often....we will definitely be regulars here!
