Contribuisci feedbackI unfortunately have never had a good experience at this Subway. Most of the time seems to be due to the two young men who work the closing shift. Subs are always made wrong. Placed an online order once over an hour before close. When we went to get it at the time it said, they had the doors locked and everything closed early. Then tried to wave us away until they realized our order was sitting at the front counter waiting to be picked up. Tonight when I ordered online and picked it up, I was shocked thinking I just had my first positive experience there. Then went home and opened up my sub to find it wrapped in a hundred stickers. May seem like harmless jokes, but definitely makes me worry when these are the same people preparing and handling our food! I do not trust ordering from this Subway, and you shouldn’t either.
Ladies working that evening were rude AF! It's not the customers fault that the other Subway's location closed down early! We shouldn't have to hear about it while we see and feel the attitude you are flinging everywhere! Plus, why is New Philadelphia one of the only places where the FLBOGO is not valid?!? rant over... ?
I'm not sure how much I enjoy the freshness of their veggies and meat lately. Still a reasonably priced place, though.
It's Subway. Nothing too impressive but always consistent.
Absolutely horrible service. Went there today to get a salad and I asked the women working for if she could cut my tomatoes instead of them being in full slices. She gave me an attitude about it then asked if there was anything else and I said Green peppers and onions and she proceeded to grab a big handful and just throw them on the salad. I left without my salad because I was not happy with the attitude I was given for asking to have my tomatoes cut instead being left in slices. I understand places are short staffed right now but I was the only person in line at the time ordering. Will never come back here again!!
