A.r. French Pizzeria Tavern

AR French catered my daughter's 1st birthday party, and they made the whole experience incredibly easy for us! The food was served hot, and all of our guests couldn't stop praising how delicious it was—especially the Greek Salad! While we love dining in, we will definitely choose AR French for our future catering needs!

The pizza dough was disappointingly thin and soggy, almost as if it had been boiled. Here are a few tips for improvement: First, avoid using so much water in your sauce if you're going to make the center of the pizza so thin. Second, make sure to clean the oven after each pizza to prevent any burnt bits from being baked into the next one. Third, consider switching to high-gluten flour, as the crust tasted reminiscent of Bisquick. Fourth, both the dough and sauce lacked flavor; more salt and pepper would make a big difference. Lastly, whatever extra ingredient you're adding to the dough, I recommend discontinuing it—it's not an appealing flavor.

So my Husband and I frequent this place and we feel like it’s an extension of our home! Love the staff and French has the biggest heart!
