Cold Stone Creamery - New Port Richey

The ice cream is always good, but it is hard to do a pickup order and expect it to be ready in half an hour frame. It always seems to be teenage girls that are frustrated quite quickly, which is understandable for the high order volume. Only one more person could help to get people faster and faster. Hopefully another person can get staff when it is busy to help with the workload. Side note- watch the ice cream manufacturers slide on the greasy floor ain?t exactly the most attractive Lol.

I had a wonderful experience at Cold Stone Creamery in Trinity. With so many tempting options to choose from, it was tough to decide what to order. The place was bustling with customers for good reason, and all the ice cream varieties, candies, caramel apples, and cakes looked fresh and amazing! The staff was diligent in serving everyone promptly. I ended up getting a chocolate shake that was delicious to enjoy at home, along with an enormous chocolate peanut butter cup. That peanut butter cup was hands down the best I’ve ever had! While Cold Stone Creamery is a bit on the pricier side, you definitely get your money’s worth. I plan to return in the future, and I highly recommend you give it a try too!

The ice is fantastic, but unfortunately, my experience on Wednesday night was marred by a long wait. It took me 33 minutes to get through the line with only three people working. Instead of having the third person assist with making ice, they chose to focus on mopping, which could easily wait until closing time. With customers lined up at the door, this just added to the frustration. Overall, it really impacted my experience.

I have been here a few times and let me tell you, they do NOT disappoint! the whipped cream is always so deluxe and fluffy and the cones are so good, and let me tell you, if you love variety, GO HERE!! there is so much delicious ice cream flavors and cones to choose from: regular cone, chocolate dipped cone, sprinkle chocolate cone, etc. so delicious and definitely hope to come back here again in the future <3
