I live right around the corner to this dunkin and it is very convenient to come to this place because of my location. But every time my wife or I come to this place, we have a bad and bad experience. This time, only the Icing was on the cake for me because of all the staff you ignore while waiting on the pickup line. I put an internet order that had 2 coffees and 3 donuts that were the heart shape for Valentine. I have my coffees and not my donuts. So I waited patiently a few minutes while the staff looked at me again and again, but never approached to confirm if I had a problem. I then approached an associate who started in what I suspect, an order on a computer that had no line. I immediately began to present my situation to her, and she held me rudely in the middle of the sentence to finish what she did on the computer. When she finished, she asked me what's wrong and I told her I never got my donuts I ordered online. She told me they weren't in the pick-up basket because they didn't have one. I then started to tell her how I was supposed to know that when they show them online. I wondered if I have some kind of hint that they are not available. She then rudely interrupted me to tell me what Donuts I want instead of answering my question. I work for a company that works hard to provide excellent customer service and this location is far from it. Ignore your customers and not filling out an order is not a big customer service.
Recently I wait in the line and could see in the back kitchen area. A female employee wore no mask and rubbed her nose with her bare hand. This place has a hard time to focus on the line of orders inside while they take care of the drive thru. The current employees have an attitude. I've been here for years. Can't wait until they help better.
Sunday mornings are always busy here, but the employees always smile and are extremely personal. It was refreshing this morning when I ordered and saw the employee's smile. Keep the big customer service DD!
I always ordered Frozen coffee Mocha and caramel, but they always gave me different coffee i am discouraged about the DD here in New port richey, nothing else good in there. It happened like most of the time gave me different frozen coffee. The place if messed up.
