My husband and I stopped in for a quick bite (plus, I needed some Taco Bell . When we pulled up, the employees were outside taking a quick break, but 2 of them quickly made their way in as we got out of the car. When we walked in, we told them they could ha e finished their break, we weren't really in a hurry. The young lady taking our order smiled and said it was okay. I could immediately tell that something was wrong. She took our order and handed us our cups. We got our drinks and sat down. The dining area wasn't spotless, but it wasn't nasty like some other locations I've been to. A few other customers walked in, and the young lady took their order promptly. Before our order came out, I could hear a man yelling at someone in the back. I looked up and the poor young lady who took our order was visible upset over his yelling. Not crying, but you could definitely tell her discomfort. She called our number and my husband went to pick up our food. Our food was properly made to order and, of course, very tasty. (My husband had KFC. This man continued to yell at whomever he was speaking with in the back the entire time we were eating. I'm not sure if it bothered anyone else, but it certainly did bother me and my husband...and the young lady taking orders. She actually came out to the dining room after everyone got their orders and began to clean the tables, then sweeping the floor. I have no clue what the problem was with the man in the back. I'm only to assume he was the manager, but yelling at your employees is one thing....yelling at them loud enough that your customers in the front can HEAR you.....sir, THAT is unacceptable. If you need to reprimand your employee, that should be done in an office. If you need to reprimand them as a group, that should be done when NO ONE is in your restaurant! It is unacceptable to publicly reprimand employees. If there is a problem, it needs to be solved behind closed doors. EVERYONE in that dining area could hear EVERY WORD that was being said and I don't appreciate some of the language that was being used. I don't care to hear it, much less while I'm trying to eat! Please, if you go to this location and hear this person scream cussing his employees, please get the corporate or franchise owners number and make a phone call. He needs to be reprimanded himself!
I stopped by after church on Sunday and it did take a while to get my food in the drive-thru. However the employee let me know that they had just received a big order and that it would take a little longer to receive my food. I ordered a couple items off the Cravings Menu and both were very tasty!
Items are always missing from my order. They never seem to forget to charge me for everything though. Maybe if they weren’t blasting loud music they could focus and ensure accuracy.
The employees need a serious retraining. the young woman who was in the window and who commanded him interrupted and hastened us. then we come into the window and wait for our food and they never spoke. After almost 10 minutes she gives the bag out of the window, does not communicate and goes away. No, thank you not to tell us if it was the whole order, do not have a nice day. for the prices that they now pay for food and for the current salary expectations in their sector, I think we should have been treated with care at least, rather than trusting as an inconvenience to interrupt their flirt with employees.
