Contribuisci feedbackI’ve been a regular at this restaurant for some time, but ever since the owners brought in new cooks and waitstaff, my experiences have been disappointing. I went there for Mother's Day when it wasn’t busy, yet my waitress forgot my beer order, forcing me to go up to the bar to get it myself. I ordered the Fettuccine while the rest of my party opted for burgers, and we waited nearly 45 minutes for our food. When my dish finally arrived, it was served in the usual large bowl, but with a surprisingly small portion of Fettuccine. In the past, I could take home leftovers and enjoy them for lunch and dinner the next day, as I can't eat much at once, but this time I ended up finishing the whole thing. The owners really need to step up their game; I would hate to see this place close down. Fishtale Restaurant is starting to look much more appealing.
We were greeted by the bartender, who informed us that the grill was closed and we could not order any food. So, we decided to just have a beer and order a pizza instead. When I approached the bar to place the pizza order, the bartender told me she would need to check if the kitchen was still taking orders. She returned to our table and said we could only order the pizza for takeout. She mentioned it was almost last call. I was surprised that the bar would close when there were so many people present, and her reasoning was that the patrons weren’t eating anyway. I thought to myself, "No kidding." We finished our beers and chose not to spend any more money there. I know several people who work there, and while we won't stop visiting, this experience left me quite disappointed. The bar has a lot of potential; I just hope they don’t lose sight of what makes a great bar and grill successful!
It’s similar to Applebee’s, but the food here is homemade, tastes better, and is more affordable. I absolutely love the sweet potato fries—they're delicious!
Went on support local business Saturday. Positive was food was very good. Poor planning by management. Only 3 people working. Waitress very busy, told me they were short as let someone go home as not busy, that was at 1230, lunch rush.? Holiday weekend, where is the planning, people in from out of town. Another odd thing is popcorn machine but don't fill on the weekend, huh. How much does it cost, my young son was totally bummed. I have been to classic before and am hopeful owners can look at big picture and customer service is huge. Look at your plan I am hopeful classic can hang in there and provide good food with good customer service.

When my dish finally arrived, it was served in a large bowl, but there was only a tiny portion of fettuccine. In the past, I used to have enough to take home for lunch and dinner the next day because I can’t eat much. This time, however, I finished everything. The owners really need to step up their game; it would be a shame to see this place close down. I've noticed that the Fishtale Restaurant is doing much better lately.
