Subway - New Prague

I hate having to do this but the last 6-7 times I have been here, the service was nice, but extremely slow, complicated when it didn't have to be, sandwiches wouldn't even close, contents spilling out, difficult to eat. It doesn't seem like anyone has anytraining or has even made a sandwich before. Two years ago it was phenomenal. Now I get so disappointed and frustrated I don'tthink I can bring myself to come back.

Store hours must be different per worker,it states 9p.m closes Saturday nights..it was 8:46 p.m and the guy had the sandwich table just about cleared out- Guess he has his own hours..???????

I came to the subway to get a snack before the next working day? was greeted by nina with a welcoming smile. after nina had made a 6 inch cold cut, I had made it to the impression that I would need another. dieling worked and he quickly stepped up and made the other 6 inches. the whole load was tidy and tidy and the food bar looked very clean and fresh. ? I would like to thank the subway today for its extraordinary experience? I'll be back soon!?
