Smashburger - New Providence

The space was open and airy, but the staff didn’t seem very enthusiastic. The chicken was tasty, though quite salty. However, the Smashfries and Sweet Potato Fries were outstanding!

The burgers here were decent. We had to wait in a line of three people to place our order, but the food arrived quickly. Unfortunately, the ice machine was broken, and the soda from the fountain was warm. The fries were nearly cold as well. Overall, it was a good experience, but I likely won't return due to the high prices.

They close at 9:30 so that I went at 8:30 thought I could get a simple burger and it easier for them. They stopped taking orders and this man? our service system is down? as if he cannot place my order on a piece of paper and give it to the cook. when I went to the staff, stared at me and went on the back to expect that the one man who seemed to be just the underdog forced to tell me that. terrible service, it was my first time here

Long story short: I drive for Grub Hub. This store won 't start the order until I marked arrived on my app. If that 's the case, then I have to wait for them to prepare the order. This could take up to 20 minutes when they are busy. I don 't get paid by the hour, I get paid for delivering promptly. What I suggest is that all Grub Hub drives simply drive past the store, and mark arrived then use another app to pick up food, Door Dash or Uber Eats, then make that delivery. Then when they are good and ready to pick up from Smash Burger, they can return to the Smash Burger...hopefully the food is good and cold by then. Then the customers will get angry with Smash Burger for being such a horrible company that they would screw over the people who deliver for them. tl;dr: Smash Burger is an awful company that abuses the independent contractors who deliver for them.

I ordered a bbq cheddar bacon burger. I received a burger with lettuce, ketchup, mayo, pickles, no bbq, and it was burnt. This is not the first time this location has messed up and I won?t be ordering from them again.
