Contribuisci feedbackI had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. It felt like I was treated unfairly simply for being a foreigner. I placed my order when there were no other customers ahead of me and waited in the pickup area. Then, three American customers arrived at different times, and each of them received their orders promptly while I continued to wait. It wasn't until all of them were served that they finally began preparing my order. This was the first time I had such treatment, and it only happened at this location. It was incredibly disheartening! The servers seemed to be aware of the situation, and one of the American customers even commented on it. I won’t be coming back to this store. Furthermore, the place was quite dirty, indicating that they are not up to Starbucks' standards.
This location often struggles with long wait times, and the service can be extremely slow. The younger baristas sometimes get sidetracked by chatting, which causes further delays in taking orders. Weekends are especially challenging, and they often disable mobile ordering because they can't keep up with demand. It's disappointing that the owner hasn't acknowledged this as a major opportunity for improvement; it's clear that they have more customers than they can handle, leading to a subpar experience for patrons.
This location, along with the one in Summit, is undoubtedly the worst Starbucks I've ever visited. It's really disappointing since these are the closest stores to my home. I would estimate that about two-thirds of the time, my drink is made incorrectly. Just yesterday, I received my drink in a smaller cup than I ordered, and today it was served in a larger cup than I requested. I typically don't like to complain, but it's incredibly frustrating to encounter these issues every morning—especially since I'm already paying a premium for my coffee. The Dunkin' across the street has never given me any problems, and the staff there is much more understanding and respectful, so I've decided to go there from now on.
I just ordered through Uber Eats and got their venti Matcha Tea Latte, but the cup was filled with ice halfway. Here's what it looked like after I removed the ice. Nice job!
I wish I could rate New Prov Starbucks with zero stars. This is the worst Starbucks I've ever visited. I go there frequently, and about 90% of the time, I don't even receive my drink because they are "so backed up." When I do finally get my drink, it's usually made incorrectly. I really don't know why I keep going, hoping things will improve.
