Contribuisci feedbackI decided to give this place a chance, but out of about five visits, only one time did the staff treat me nicely. Most of the time, I encountered some teenagers or young adults who had rude attitudes. They would tell me to “hold on” while raising their finger, and there was no politeness—just a disrespectful tone. They even got my drink order wrong, despite my being clear and specific, and then had the nerve to act annoyed as they handed me the drink without so much as a "sorry" or "my apologies." Instead, they just shoved it out the window and looked at me as if I had made the mistake. Unfortunately, I won't be returning, and I’m really looking forward to the opening of Starbucks.
I visited the new location in New Richmond and ordered a nonfat latte. When I got home, I discovered that I had received a strange green concoction instead. It's too far for me to return and rectify the mistake, so I’m really disappointed.
If you're looking for a drink that isn't mostly ice, be prepared for disappointment. They only fill the cup halfway, and you're paying $8 for it!
The service was excellent, and the coffee had a wonderfully smooth flavor with no bitterness at all. Food rating: 5/5.
I am extremely disappointed. I ordered lunch and discovered several long hairs in my sandwich. When I called to report this, the supervisor didn't seem very concerned. I felt I had to request a refund for my sandwich. I work at a local business and used to order from there regularly, but after this experience, I will not be ordering food from them again.
