Boudin Balls to die for, deer burritos excellent, tremendous selection, what more could a hungry Cajun ask for! Excellent choice of stops!

This was the best boudin we had while we were in the area. I had to pack a cooler full to bring back to Missouri!

I love love love everything they have in the hot box (in marksville la), but I will never stop in new roads again. I was coming home from Florida and I just so happen to see their store in new roads so I stopped. The crackling’s were hard an over cooked and everything else I got was nasty. Don’t know if it was because of the cooks, but I will never stop in new roads again. I will definitely continue to go to marksville la. I’ve never been disappointed and neither would anyone else.

We ordered 1.5 lbs of their crackling they were too salty to eat and over cooked hard wife went back in and they refused to refund the money they gave us a gift card even after we told them that we live across the river and don't go over there that often don't think we will be back
