I’m giving this restaurant 4 stars instead of 5 solely because of the customer service. The young lady with long hair, who has been there the longest, is not very welcoming. There have been times when I’ve said hello and she hasn’t responded, and other occasions when she doesn’t greet you until you say something first. I dine at many restaurants where customer service is exceptional, and that’s what keeps me coming back. Unfortunately, she doesn’t seem very happy there, which is disappointing. On the bright side, the food is fantastic, and the chef is incredibly kind. It’s just her lack of friendliness that prevents this place from being a 5-star experience. I hope my feedback encourages some positive changes for the benefit of the business.
