The service at this subway is usually good, but today was a different story. When I entered, the employee asked if she could help me. I explained that I had ordered over the phone and was just there to pick up my food. She told me to wait, and although I wasn't in a rush, her attitude was unpleasant. When the food was ready, she directed the loader not to give it to me because it was for an Uber order. He asked where it was going, and it was clear that they were not treating me as a valued customer.
Located inside a gas station, this restaurant is a bit of a wildcard. The staff can range from being very competent with mobile ordering to being a bit slow with preparing orders. However, they do make delicious, generously filled sandwiches. The speed of service can vary greatly, from being able to quickly grab your food in three minutes to having to wait a long time due to being understaffed. Overall, it's hit or miss depending on the day.
The person who provides the subway sandwiches at this place is therefore responsible for cleaning the toilet, collecting the müll around the tankstelle and storing the load. Terrible service , they over charge you for things that are suppose to be included . Poor customer services. New management needed . Do not go here !
