Subway - New Smyrna Beach

Sunday Aug 20th I drove 10 minutes to get there and arrived at 21 minutes until closing 7:39 PM. As I began to walk across the parking lot, I saw a woman turning off the OPEN sign then lock the door. I'm not wasting my time going back ever again.

Do NOT tip with card owner steals the tips. Tip with cash! Employees are awesome though.

Uppity staff, dirty tables. Been to much better Subways.

Lisa was very very rude I came in with my family and she had a attitude from the start and we put it aside and we asked for our cucumbers cut and she threw the mayo stick and we left and she told me to “never coke back to her store ****”

Terrible customer service the worker Lisa said “don’t come back to my store b!+ch” after I asked her to put extra cheese on my veggie delight sandwich she said that was not how it came I told her I would pay for it and she still had a problem and was throwing the veggies I asked for her managers number the store number and she would not give it to me and refused to serve me further this is a terrible way to treat a paying customer she is not a manager and had no authority to refuse me her mangers number to file a complaint not to mention she was cussing in front or children
