Hackett Wine - NEW TRIPOLI

Once a time, one of my best friends and I were wine hike over the Lehigh Valley on a lazy Saturday. We met weather vineyards and were on the way to Blue Mountain when we saw a barrel and a sign on the side of the road. After my friend pointed out that I literally in the middle of the road (don't try this) and into the entrance. It turned out that this Hackett winery had just opened the day before. This decision led me to my favorite winery of all time, with one of the best winemakers in the area. Bob is a real artist, and his wine is absolutely amazing. I will say that this winery is not for those who only like sweet wine. His wines are all dry, but they all have great character and are worth the price. He has a small menu, but this is because he takes the greatest care and pride on his creations. It really shows in the end product. Not only are the wines fantastic, but the place itself matches what it sells. The tasting room is small, but it is unique in its design. There are board games to play, but sometimes when it's not busy, the best entertainment is able to chat with Bob or some of the other males and simply relax in the company of good people. My fiancée and I spent whole days here, whether in the tasting room or in the lawn, if it's nice enough out there. Most of our wedding wines will come from here. There's a reason for that.

This winery is picturesque. The tasting room overlooking the vineyard, the wine is delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly. A must for anyone who loves a relaxing day with a glass of wine.

We went to other wineries today and that was our favorite. ripe wines, professional and friendly service, rustic setting money on the wine. The best for dry red.

Came for a tasting after a local hiking, which is a good way to finish the day! Bob greeted us as soon as we got in and made us make the tasting flight. While there were some other parties, he was very attentive and shared some great stories about how he started in the wine industry. To complete it, the tasting room is beautiful and picturesque and the property is beautiful. A definite must for those who explore the best of Lehigh Wines! Thanks for a great visit, we'll be back!
