Attended a sporting event celebration, and the staff were very attentive. They were busy but still made time to answer parents' questions about menu items between refilling pizza trays and pitchers of pop for the kids. Tons of free parking. Very cold beer! It was a very enjoyable night for all attendees.
The Big Dipper should be called the big rip off. There were two pieces of onion combined, about the size of a dime. If you look really hard, you may see them. The onion rings were double, tripled fried or something, they were so hard they were not edible, i told the server and he brought me three more , just as bad, I took the onion ring and tapped the plate with them, just shy of breaking the plate so he could understand you have to serve food that is edible in exchange for the $20 you want to charge. My light eater son even complained that his dill chicken bowl was more bowl and sause the substance, menu phot is deceiving.DO NOT EAT AT BOSTON PIZZA!
I’ll keep it short because this location doesn’t deserve any more attention.Front counter was slow, took forever for a server to take our order even though there is only 3 tables to serve. Food took forever to arrive. When it did arrive, the food was very bland, no seasoning whatsoever. Very disappointing service. No, I will not go on the website to complain. The recent google reviews is a testament to how this location needs better and much more efficient staff than what you have now.
We had a late lunch on a Wed so it was practically empty. We were seated immediately and our server came over quickly. We had our go to items: kids meal mac and cheese, kids meal pizza, cactus cut potatoes, shrimp tacos. We tried a new item creamy mushroom and spinach bake it was delicious! The food was all great. The server was another story. He did not seem like he wanted to be there. He kept sighing every time we called him over even though he stood at the kitchen, which we could see from our table, the whole time. We had to ask 3 times for the kids drinks. He totally forgot their desserts which we forgot too until the kids mentioned it as we walked past marble slab down the street.
