Fresh Sushi Roll - New Westminster

I really enjoy the food at this restaurant. The tempura is particularly good, and it seems like they use fresh oil, which I can tell because I used to work in a restaurant. The service is fantastic and I feel like I am getting authentic Japanese cuisine. The restaurant is clean and has a good ambiance.

There are plenty of choices available at this restaurant, including combos, boxes, boats, and special 'tang' dishes to satisfy everyone. The space is limited, but the service is top-notch and quick. I was able to order, eat, and leave within 30 minutes. Great value with most lunch options costing less than $10.

Went there on a whim ordered the love boat with my boyfriend. The staff were super friendly, I never had to ask for a refill of my drink, the waitress came around 4-5 times to check up on our empty dishes, our drinks, and to ask if we were enjoying our food. The boat had a decent variety, my absolute favourites being the salmon and octopus sashimi, but honestly, everything was excellent. The rolls were well proportioned with a ton of filling and not overwhelmed with rice like a lot of other places tend to do. We barely waited at all for our food and got our bill as soon as I asked. Overall it's less fancy more a place I'd go casually with friends family. Definitely going to be my regular sushi place :
