Freshii - New Westminster

I've eaten here dozens of times since this location opened, but felt compelled to write a review specifically for the friendly worker I had the pleasure of interacting with this evening. I placed an order for delivery and wanted to make a modification not possible via the app. The woman that assisted me was so friendly and more than happy to help me even after I bugged her a second time for a separate request. Her positive attitude was infectious. I've always enjoyed my experience at Freshii and today escalates my satisfaction that much higher.

I am frustrated with the lack of consistency in the menu at this restaurant. Some days I am unable to order a smoothie, while other days I cannot order a sandwich. The customer service is also poor, and I am concerned about the fact that the owners allow employees to work alone.

I ordered oaxaca falafel bowl and it was delicious. Clean place and friendly staff . Food is a bit expensive but worth a try. Must visit place.Love to visit again there

Not a friendly location. I ordered my salad in a bowl and she asked me to clarify 3 times and still put it in a wrap. I politely asked if she could fix it once I realized the mistake and she visibly got annoyed at me and rudely said I told her to put it in a wrap. I asked 3 times for a bowl. She then proceeded to talk about me to her coworker and roll her eyes. Won’t be back. The food wasn’t as good as other locations, either.

I generally visit this location twice a week and order my usual Cobb Salad Wrap. The service is fast, efficient and friendly. The service team there, led by Nav, is always cheerful and anticipates my normal order. The food is always of very good quality.
