Pho Chan - New Westminster

My boyfriend and I stopped by on a Friday night after being recommended by 2 friends who live down the street and pleased to say we we're not disappointed! My boyfriend ordered the BBQ Lemongrass Chicken Springrolls on rice I got the Spicy Sour Soup with Prawns and Vermicelli. It was delicious!! We will definitely be back Also the washrooms we're clean which is always a good sign.

I came here for a quick dinner. The service was decent. I was really impressed by the veggie noodle soup I ordered! The broth was incredibly delicious, and even the smaller portion was surprisingly filling.

Pretty darn good I must say. The food was hot and well presented .Appart from getting up to get my own menu,the service was ok. They're doing all of the covid protocols btw so don't be surprised. Watch out for the parking.Some spots are 15 min only and you will be ticketed( sign on the door .

Restaurant was extremely busy at lunch time so I decided to grab some take out. Ordered some fried spring rolls and a rice dish with pork chops and lemongrass chicken, food was hot and surprisingly had lots of meat too!

We ordered appetizers including spring rolls, salad rolls, and deep-fried chicken wings, as well as seafood pho and vermicelli with grilled lemongrass chicken. The dishes were well-prepared and presented beautifully, offering a range of textures and flavors that we thoroughly enjoyed. The crispy and flavorful rolls, light and tasty pho, and tender chicken were all highlights of our meal. We ended up taking some of the vermicelli dish home with us, as we had ordered too much, but enjoyed the leftovers later that evening. Overall, our experience at Pho Chan was fantastic, thanks to the welcoming atmosphere, attentive service, and delicious food that delighted our taste buds. We highly recommend it!
