I ordered the The Squealer: pulled pork.A bit pricey for a small portion, but it’s okay. Tasted good, but the barbecue sauce was a bit overwhelming for me.There were a lot of people, so I had to wait a bit for my order.
I’ve been here before many time and had always gotten the poutine which is always a 10/10 but today I decided to try something new and get fish n chips. Unfortunately it was not good at all. It was definitely fresh but the fish had to much oil that I could taste it very strongly during each bite and I could not continue eating it. Sucks cause I was really excited but I should’ve just stick to my regular poutine.
I had the La Montreal, which is Montreal smoked meat served on poutine with dill pickles and mustard. The flavors blended unexpectedly well with the gravy and cheese curds. I would definitely order it again. If you're planning to catch a movie at the nearby Landmark Cinema (just 30 steps away), this is a fantastic spot to grab a bite beforehand. As for vegetarian options, my partner was very satisfied with her meal.
I'd rather have a smaller portion but better quality.I had just a bit of the food (chicken strip with fries). You'll see how much will go to garbage. All I tasted was bad quality/burned oil. Just look at the fries color. The worst fries I've ever had in my entire life.
