Tim Hortons - New Westminster

Don’t know what happened, but this store was OK for pretty fast service and not bad food but this morning was disgusting. I got a raw savoury twist and a cold egg sandwich and when iPhone to complain, they just walked away from the phone I guess mid complaint, I was telling them I drive from new west to Richmond, and I am going to go to the Richmond store, and then I realized I wasn’t talking to anybody nobody was answering and I listen to them for a good 10 minutes, so I know what’s going on with behind the scenes now if their rotation and all their little gossip, so maybe they’re just talking too much and not working enough

I have been going to this Tim Hortons for the pass 5 years I have had few bad customers service experience in the past but not compare to today.,This lady taking my order was so rude made a common about me in her language which I understood and when I went to confront she was not there and manager Nim who was supervisor not manager she lied didn’t do anything about it. They should be train to be polite and understand some people have accent and shouldn’t make fun of them which she did I will never go to this Tim Hortons again they have lost value able customer.

I have been going to this Tim Hortons for past 5years I have had few bad experiences in the past but not compare to today this lady was taking my order was so rude when I ordered she mimick my accent more then once when I said that’s not acceptable she cut of ,of me and when I confronted the lady who I spoke with said said she is the manager (name nim,nimirita)actually was supervisor ,lied to me I’m not going to this location ever again they lost the valuable customer

I got stupidly high from cannabis and throughly wanted a juicy chocolate honey cruller. I ordered off Uber Eats. When it arrived, I've never been so sad in my high times life.... no chocolate honey cruller but in fact a regular chocolate dipped donut.. my nights been ruined.

Jenn.. at this Tim’s was so rude! Put just a small drop of whipped cream in ice caps , if I payed $1 more for it, put enough& after asking was very rude and said that’s how much I always put! I’ve been going to Tim’s for 20+ Years I definitely know how much! And despite asking for coffee to be made with skim milk she made it with cream and the quenchers where made wrong (carbonated water had gone flat). Rude service and very dirty/unclean restaurant.
