Tim Hortons - New Westminster

The staff at the restaurant was good, but the washroom was very unpleasant. There was a long queue and customers were served one by one. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant.

I was taken here against my will, but they made sure I was well-fed. Good job, Tim!

Order a medium pumpkin iced latte (no ice) and got half cup and they actually said half of that is ice. Worse tim Hortons ever.Go to Starbucks instead they will actually fill your cup.

My experience at this restaurant was terrible. I ordered an ice latte, but instead of an espresso shot, they put coffee in my drink and charged me for espresso foam that they claimed they didn't have. The latte was so awful that I had to throw it away. When I asked for a remake, they refused. My husband's ice coffee also tasted sour. I do not recommend this restaurant.

HORRIBLE experience. I asked for a sandwich and they gave me a cold, unpleasant piece of food. When I first opened the wrapper, I saw the bread was broken and cold so I asked for a new piece of bread. Instead of replacing my sandwich the worker just pretended and ended up packing up exactly what I gave her. NEVER come here.
