Toppings Frozen Yogurt - New Windsor

Toppings used to be my favorite place of all time for their FRESH açaí bowl, but the last few times I've been extremely disappointed due to the fact that the açaí mix is no longer freshly made, they are pre frozen all of a sudden, which gives the açaí bowl a frozen icicle taste. Also you can tell the strawberries were also frozen n thawed because they were extremely soggy with no taste. This is extremely disappointing. I rather wait 10-20mins for a fresh bowl then a pre frozen mix. Wish they would stop cutting corners and gives us the quality of food we are paying for.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place and to order in advance especially if you have kids.

Wanted to try here after picking up an order once here before. wanted to see if was better or similar to sweet frog. first I got say it's interesting they have tipsy ice cream, bubble tea, waffles and stuffed sticky buns, so a lot of choices other than frozen yogurt is always a plus. nice staff and the place were very clean and organized. now the toppings, glad they live up to their name, from Popps to cake bites to crushed candy bars to gummies, the sky was the limit on my choice. I got the cake batter ice cream and it 100% tasted like it. prices were reasonable here.

Worst bubble tea I've ever had. It's obvious why, they don't have the proper instruments to make the tea. They use a heavy powder and hand mix it. The powder was not thoroughly infused into the liquid and made for an unpleasant texture. Chunks of thick gobs of wet chalky dust floating throughout. The tapioca pearls were irregular shaped and clumped together not round al dente tapioca balls. The employee also took the fun out of punching your own straw in and did it for us behind closed doors. I would of been more pleased if she handed us paper wrapped straws and a vacuumed sealed lid. Only people in the entire place and it took 8 minutes to order and about 10 minutes to make two bubble teas..Super long wait for horrid liquids. Entire place smelled of some sort of cleaning agent bleach/ammonia. The topping counter appeared clean. But, I won't return.

This place is good lots of options and kind people, the strawberry fruit bubble tea and cappuccino milk tea with ice are amazing
